At Optimizer Funnel, we aim to deliver high-quality services. Due to the nature of digital and custom work, the following refund policy applies:

1. No Refunds on Completed Work

Once a service has been delivered or work has started, refunds are not available.

2. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The project has not started
• There is a clear failure from our side to deliver agreed services

4. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We prioritize revisions and improvements to meet your expectations before considering refunds.
